Join lead volunteer Joyce on a 'Shorewatch' as part of the National Whale and Dolphin Watch 2019. Data collected on the day will be submitted to Sea Watch Foundation, who will be using the data to help develop a snapshot of the distribution of dolphins, whales and porpoises around the UK. This is a fantastic opportunity to take part in a national citizen science project and assist with the conservation efforts for cetaceans.

No experience necessary as paperwork and binoculars will be provided. Please wear suitable footwear and clothing for being outdoors in all weathers.

To book your attendance please contact the team on info@coast-care.co.uk

If you aren't able to make this date there are many more events happening across the North East which you can join: https://www.seawatchfoundation.org.uk/nwdw-events-in-ne-england/

Location

Meet at the parking bays in Howick, near Seahouses Farm NE66 3LH.
