Join us at Waren Caravan Park, a beautiful landscaped park nestling in 100 acres of Northumberland woodland with views to the wide sandy beaches and Holy Island beyond. We will be assisting the site by removing Gorse to open up areas of Whin Grassland that have been encroached upon. The site holds the David Bellamy Gold Conservation Award. Our Bioblitz there in June uncovered 290 species in just 24 hours, so it's great to be able to continue to support the conservation work on site.

There is a short walk uphill to the site and terrain is varied and muddy (but with a fabulous view). Facilities, a shop and pub are available on site.

Please wear stout footwear and suitable clothing for the task. All training and equipment will be provided. Parking is available on site.

To book to attend please contact the team on

From A1 B1342 at Belford. Head towards Bamburgh then Budle Bay turn at sign for Waren Park.
